Engineering Support Services [EM132]
Assist in defining the strategy for the development of ILS, RAMST, and Technical Documentation & Training within the Mobility and ESS divisions. • Support continuous improvement of business processes and performance. • Aid in supervising the portfolio of RAMST and ILS study requests and technical publications (maintenance manuals, training, translations, etc.). • Support the management of the heads of the three groups: ILS, RAMST, and Documentation & Training. • Help develop processes, technical policies, and areas under the department's responsibility. • Ensure technology and innovation monitoring, both internally and externally within SAFT, in the areas of expertise. • Support team members: training newcomers, skills development, career planning support, and individual objectives. • Participate in preliminary projects through preliminary studies and recommendations based on client needs. • Assist in leading resources conducting studies and documentation when other resources are involved. • Coordinate activities related to various projects, interfacing with key people (managers) from other engineering and project departments. • Assist in managing the QCD objectives of the entire department. • Ensure reporting of activities to management and communication with the three groups. • Support the definition of the rationale for outsourcing certain activities if necessary.
