Main Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership to identify manual and automated equipment needed to support manufacturing and conveyor assembly.

Profile methodologies and capabilities of equipment manufacturers to support process development and ongoing operations.
">
Introduce new process technologies to maximize capital utilization and minimize time to volume.
">
Work with management to assess understand and develop equipment vendor capabilities and write equipment specification documentation.
">
Monitor quality discrepancies and identify trends and investigate quality problems to implement corrective actions.
">
">
Requirements:

">
Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
">
Strong mechanical design aptitude and technical drawing skills.
">
Extremely computer literate with general Microsoft Office products.
">
Candidates should be able to apply lean manufacturing principles in accordance with Toyota Production System.
">
Ability to read and produce fabrication drawings using a CAD package. SolidWorks preferred.
">
Operational knowledge or general competency of CNC lasers, press brakes, milling machines, powder coating, and welding preferred.
