Short Description
Qualified electro-mechanical engineer with 2-6 years of relevant experience in battery pack structural design, development. This position requires engineer to design battery pack mechanical /structural design from the concept to industrialization for EV 2W application.
Key Responsibilities
1Wide experience and knowledge in lithium-ion battery pack mechanical system design.
2Basic knowledge of battery pack subsystems , knowledge in battery cell , pack testing and data analysis
3Experience in regulations and standards (AIS-156, AIS-038, ECE R100, UN38.3 etc.) for battery packs.
4Good understanding of Batteries, Solid mechanics, Vibration, 5Finite element method and System simulation modelling
understanding of advance modelling techniques, Model Based 6Design, experience with MATLAB Simulink
knowledge & working experience of solving complex linear and nonlinear structural problems
7knowledge on ******** and implicit simulation is required, experience in crash crush and drop analysis is required
8Knowledge of Li-ion cell chemistry, form factor and welding technologies.
+Experience in assembly methodologies and design for robustness.
