Job Description
Conducting in depth research and collaborating with educators, subject experts, policymakers, and other professionals to develop quality curriculum and learning resources.Developing curriculum as per the guidelines, structure and formats decided by the team.Establishing realistic and practical time frames to achieve the goals and objectives outlined in the curriculum teamCreating stimulating lesson plans and recommending interesting additional resources.Collaborating with the expanding networks of curriculum developers, SME’s, educators, and other professionals.Collecting feedback from teachers by attending the training as and when required.Help to create engaging learning activities within the team.Collaborating with other developers, editors and graphic designers to create new learning resources.Able to work on different domains of development.Be able to write effectively and flawless activities, instructional text and audio and visual scripts.Develop learning objectives, structure learning activities, create visual aids for online interactions.Maintaining project documentation and folders.Knowledge of NCERT course and CBSE Curriculum standards.Working knowledge of bloom's taxonomy, NEP 2020 guidelines, life skills and value educationGather feedback and address areas of improvement in project, content, and delivery.ie open to constructive feedback.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Qualification:
Must be holding a degree in education, or a related discipline.Master’s degree preferable.Strong digital and research skills.Excellent collaboration, and written and verbal communication skills.Great networking and interpersonal abilities.Strong planning skills, vision, and creative intelligence.B.Ed (Compulsory)1-3 years of teaching experience1-2 years of content development experiencePassion for bringing change in education.
