Inzpira is looking for enthusiastic professionals in or around Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala. The candidate should be flexible, willing to learn and a team player.
Job profile: Senior Trainer
Timing: 10:00AM to 07:30PM.
Days: Monday to Saturday
Roles and responsibilities:
• To conduct live sessions on IELTS and English language development
• Participate actively in all sorts of training the organization does.
• Be flexible regarding the working days and hours.
• Involve in the TTT(Train the Trainer) procedure whole heartedly.
• Be an active team worker.
• Willing to be a part of different assignments and projects.
• Addressing any concerns related to T.T.T or training sessions with learners.
• Hold request for T.T.T Doubts with any of the modules.
• Conducting doubt clearance sessions regarding the procedure of conducting sessions or T.T.T to be resolved by the team.
• Addressing concerns related to re-training.
• Conducting master classes every week.
• Conducting refresher trainings for trainers who went for short term freeze.
• Review teach backs submitted by the pool trainers.
• Give appropriate feedback to the trainers regarding their sessions and trainings.
Qualifications:
• Graduate in any field (Bachelor's in English literature is preferred).
• Post graduation will be an added advantage.
• Should possess excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in handling multiple students together.
• Prior experience in this field is preferable.
