We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic English Language Trainer to help students or professionals improve their spoken and written English. The trainer will design and deliver engaging lessons that enhance grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom or online training sessions for groups or individuals.
Develop lesson plans focusing on spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills.
Assess learners’ language levels and customize training accordingly.
Use role plays, group discussions, and audio-visual aids to improve learning outcomes.
Monitor learner progress and provide feedback and support.
Prepare learners for interviews, presentations, or exams (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL – if applicable).
Maintain attendance records and performance reports.
Stay updated with new teaching techniques and language learning tools.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communication, or related field.
Prior experience as an English Trainer, Teacher, or Spoken English Coach.
Excellent command over spoken and written English.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods based on learner levels (beginner to advanced).
Certification in English Language Teaching (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA) is a plus.
