Job Description
London Language Centre is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and flexible English language trainer with a genuine interest in starting a career in the ESOL field. You need to be able to teach a full range of levels from A1 (Beginner/Elementary) to C2 (Proficiency). Please, do not apply for this position, if you do not have either CELTA or TESOL certificate, not a fluent speaker of English (at least C1 at level) and not willing to relocate to Salem. Applications are invited immediately.
Responsibilities and Duties
You will be expected to prepare, plan and teach lessons to a high standard.
You will be encouraged to use authentic materials and interactive technology in order to provide the international learning experience.
Preparing students for language examinations such as IELTS and TOEFL.
Teaching hours – Minimum 30 hours - Maximum 40 hours.
Qualifications and Skills
You MUST have exceptional language skills (Near native level)
The candidate must have a minimum TEFL qualification (Either Cambridge CELTA or Trinity TESOL) and we welcome applications from newly qualified teachers as well.
Experience in the industry is preferable but not a requirement
If you do not have any teaching experience, we will provide ample support to enable you to perform at the required standard, as well as multiple opportunities for professional development in the form of regular teacher development sessions.
