Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and fluent Junior English Communication Partners to help learners practice and improve their spoken English in a friendly, supportive and engaging manner. As a speaking partner, you’ll engage in casual 1-on-1 conversations with English learners from diverse backgrounds, helping them gain confidence, fluency, and comfort in real-time English communication.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who is passionate about language, enjoys meeting new people, wants to grow their own communication skills and looking to earn an additional income.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 1-on-1 English conversation sessions with learners.

Ensure consistent availability on the platform on a weekly basis

Encourage participants to speak confidently, without fear of making mistakes.

Correct learners with basic vocabulary, pronunciation and sentence structure.

Keep conversations engaging and respectful

Share feedback or suggestions to help learners improve (in a friendly tone).

Report session feedback or technical issues to the coordinator (if required).

Maintain professionalism and punctuality in all scheduled sessions.
