Job Title: English Lecturer (Class 11 & 12)
Location:-Bannerghatta Road,

Salary up to 250,000 to 30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English Core/English Elective as per CBSE/State/ISC curriculum for Class 11 & 12.
Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and effective lessons, using diverse teaching methods.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and evaluation materials.
Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and tests to evaluate student progress.
Provide individual attention and support to students as needed.
Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and analytical skills.
Encourage literary appreciation through discussions, poetry recitations, and essay writing.
Guide students in preparing for Board Exams, Olympiads, and entrance exams (if applicable).
Maintain records of students’ academic performance and attendance.
Collaborate with other faculty members, participate in staff meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, curriculum changes, and educational technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in English Literature / English Language / Education.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the higher secondary level (preferred).
Familiarity with CBSE/ISC/State Board curriculum and exam patterns.
