Sore Map Limited is a leading Information Technology and Services company looking for a skilled English Teacher to join its team. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, has excellent communication skills and a strong background in English language education. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective teaching methods to ensure students become proficient in the English language.
Responsibilities
Plan, develop and deliver engaging English language lessons to a diverse range of students
Create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment, ensuring students feel comfortable and motivated to participate in activities
Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing feedback and guidance to enable them to achieve learning objectives
Develop and implement creative teaching strategies and materials consistently to support learners’ different learning styles
Maintain accurate records or attendance, grading and other administrative tasks
Participate in professional development activities, collaborating with colleagues to continually improve teaching practice
Build and maintain effective communication channels with students, colleagues and parents
Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, English or related field)
TEFL certification or equivalent teaching certification required
At least 2 years of English language teaching experience
Solid knowledge of English language and grammar principles
Demonstrated ability to use modern teaching methodologies and techniques
Ability to identify and respond to varying learning styles and needs of students
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong computer and technology skills to facilitate online learning technologies.
