We offer a certificate program for teachers called the Certified Teacher Excellence Program, which equips them to be successful on our platform.
Job Summary:
We are seeking certified teachers to join our Certified Teacher Excellence Program at PlanetSpark. The program consists of live learning as well as self-paced courses designed to enhance teachers' competencies and skills in online teaching. The program is divided into four levels, covering various behavioral and functional competencies at each stage. The successful completion of Level 1 will make you eligible to teach on the PlanetSpark platform.
Responsibilities:
1. Participate in and complete the Certified Teacher Excellence Program, consisting of live learning and self-paced courses.
2. Develop and enhance communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
3. Implement effective teaching and facilitation techniques to deliver high-quality online lessons.
4. Foster student engagement and create a conducive learning environment.
5. Build positive relationships with parents to ensure their involvement in the learning process.
6. Devote a minimum of 4 hours per day to teaching and related activities.
7. Utilize a laptop and a stable internet connection to conduct online classes.
8. Collaborate with other teachers and share best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Fluent in English speaking.
3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching English.
4. Preferred educational qualifications: BA-Eng, MA-Eng, Bachelor's with Mass Communication.
5. Willingness to devote a minimum of 4 hours per day to teaching.
6. Possess a laptop and a reliable internet connection.
