• At NMS the High School teacher is expected to:
• Accept responsibility for the academic progress of their students
• Use progressive teaching strategies to enable students to improve and
excel
• Use assessment data to inform and improve instruction practices
• Build a warm and inclusive classroom environment
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with students
