As a professional communicator, we seek an individual with extensive experience in English teaching and international chat process management. This role requires the ability to craft engaging messages, manage audience engagement, and contribute to lead generation efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in written English, a professional tone, and experience with outreach, sales tools, and CRM software. Additionally, familiarity with audience research and analytics is desirable.

• 2+ years of English teaching experience or equivalent BPO international chat process experience

• Strong written English skills and professional tone
