Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order management
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
• Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on product offerings and company policies
• Provide feedback on customer experience trends and suggest improvements to management

Requirements
• Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken, as well as a good command of English
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
