Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our high-performance sales team focused on selling premium stock market education programs. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring the ability to coach, analyze, and drive conversions across the entire sales pipeline. You will serve as the bridge between top-level sales strategy and ground-level execution, ensuring our prospects are well guided, our team is well trained, and our revenue goals are consistently exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

· Team Leadership & Sales Management

Lead a team of Sales Executives in achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

Develop individual and team performance goals aligned with company objectives.

Conduct daily sales huddles, weekly reviews, one-on-one coaching, and performance interventions.

· Revenue & Sales Strategy Execution

Own and drive revenue numbers for premium courses (typically ₹50,000+ high-ticket offerings).

Analyze funnel metrics and implement improvement strategies.

Collaborate with marketing for lead alignment and target audience strategy.

· Consultative Sales Development

Ensure consultative, need-based sales process with integrity.

Train team in objection handling, pitch refinement, and goal-based course matching.

· Reporting, Forecasting & Quality Control

Monitor call quality and provide sales insights and reporting.

· Stakeholder Collaboration

Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams.

Handle client escalations with professionalism.

Candidate Profile

· Must-Have Skills & Experience

6–8 years of total experience with at least 2–3 years in managing B2C high-ticket sales teams.

Experience in ed-tech, coaching, trading platforms, or financial services preferred.

Proficiency in CRM tools and metrics-based sales management.

· Preferred Attributes

Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
