Part Time Basis

Competitive pay rates: $42.77 - $47.97 (dependent on experience and qualifications) + superannuation + access to salary packaging
Part Time Role – 7 shifts per fortnight
Fixed Term Position from May 2026 to February 2027
Based at our Williamstown Residential Aged Care Home(VIC)

Your new role:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Enrolled Endorsed Nurse to join our team at our Williamstown Residential Aged Care on a Part Time Basis. This dynamic position will run from the 25th of May 2026 to the 28th of February 2027 and allow you to bring your passion for well-being to our close-knit community, fostering a warm and supportive environment for our residents.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality care. Your fortnightly roster will be as below:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday( 1445 – 2215)
Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday (1445 – 2215)
Your responsibilities and duties will include:
Undertaking medication management and treatment procedures as directed by the Residential Site Manager or person in charge
Liaising with medical practitioners, pharmacists and other health services to provide relevant services for the care and wellbeing of the residents
Assisting the RN1 with clinical requirements of residents
Assisting in the implementation of cigarette and ******* programs
Observing and reporting changes in residents behaviour or physical condition and maintain appropriate documentation as required
Providing emotional support to residents.
We are looking for candidates with the following:
Ability to work both in team and autonomously
Cert IV/Diploma of Nursing (with current AHPRA Registration)
Prior experience in housing & homelessness support, aged care, welfare, disability support, mental health or community/home care
Keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills
The ability to enhance or maintain our residents’ independence and lifestyle
A friendly and non-judgmental attitude
