The Enrolled Nurse position has a large focus on Netherby Home, our aged care facility, and enabling the best life for the residents who live here.
Role and Responsibilities:
Assessment and care planning under the guidance of registered staff
Medication management
Actively involved in quality improvement activities to better health and life outcomes for patients and residents
Appointment Details:
Multiple permanent full-time and part-time, shift worker (fully rotational) positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from March 2026.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies.
Remuneration:
$70,+80 to $78,17+ per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
Post Graduate Allowance of up to 7.5% based on qualification type
Salary Packaging: You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $+,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
District Allowances of up to $4,618 per annum for a family
Remote and Rural Professional Development Allowance of $3,6++ per annum and an additional salary allowance of 10%
Benefits available to eligible candidates: Payment of $15,000 staged over three years is available for Nurses and Midwives who move to Tasmania from interstate and remain employed full-time for three years or more, on top of relocation allowance already available.

Minimum Requirements:
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse.
