Enrolled Nurse Role at Arcare Malvern East
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Arcare Malvern East, providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide essential nursing care and support to residents in accordance with Arcare's Values, under the supervision of an RN.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and ensure proper documentation of medication records.
Observe and record residents' vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in their health condition.
Provide basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds.
Conduct health assessments and report any changes in residents' health to the supervising RN or healthcare team.
Requirements:
Current AHPRA Registration.
Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
Adaptable, passionate, and willingness to learn.
Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
Friendly and effective communication abilities.
