Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Builder & Designer Appliance Sales Consultant, based in Chicago, IL, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting appliances and furniture, providing exceptional customer service, and cultivating relationships with contractors, designers, and clients. Additional duties involve managing and overseeing sales accounts, staying informed about product trends, and offering expert guidance on building materials and flooring solutions.
Qualifications
• Exceptional Customer Service and Account Management skills
• Proficiency in Sales with the ability to effectively understand and meet customer needs
• Knowledge of Flooring and Building Materials to advise clients on the best options
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, maintaining productivity both on-site and remotely
• Prior experience in appliance or furniture sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or related fields are an advantage
