About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and achieve positive outcomes for residents, in line with Arcare’s values and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming
Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation
Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition
Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds
Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team
What we’re looking for
Current AHPRA Registration and Diploma of Enrolled Nursing
Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Friendly, clear, and effective communication abilities
