We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse for our Bunbury Donor Centre in Western Australia.
About the Role:
Support donors through their donation process, working collaboratively to achieve collection targets.
Greet and interview potential donors, complete routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests.
Set up machines, insert and remove needles safely to collect whole blood, plasma, and platelets.
Cook and guide other team members in the blood collection process, manage adverse donor reactions.
Monitor donors post-donation and assist them to rebook for their next donation.
Requirements:
Occasional lifting of +-22.7kgs, frequent standing, walking and bending.
Nursing expertise, current AHPRA registration, flexibility to work varied shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster from Monday to Friday.
