Details: The Enrolments Officer will provide a high standard of administrative assistance and support to the school through maintaining all 7-10 enrolments whilst following all relevant policies and procedures. As a member of the Front Office team, this position is responsible for the coordination of enrolments and a variety of administrative duties essential to the operations of the school. The successful applicant will have the capacity to work with specific ICT systems and data, have good attention to detail, the ability to work independently, plan, set priorities and meet deadlines. You will need to be able to work in a busy, dynamic and ever-changing team environment and in collaboration with various stakeholders. This role is vital to the daily operation of the school.
Eligibility/Other Requirements:
Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required. For further information on Working with Vulnerable People registration refer to - Apply for or renew a WWVP registration - Access Canberra (act.gov.au)
Desirable:
Experience in an administration role.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Sentral.
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of up to six months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months.
