Job Description
The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for developing and managing relationships with large enterprise customers. This includes prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SaaS sales process, have experience in selling to enterprise customers, and be passionate about driving growth in an early-stage start-up.

Your Responsibilities would include:
• Develop and implement a sales strategy for your assigned region.
• Build, nurture, and ensure a strong sales pipeline across each of StepChange’s solutions and target industries.
• Drive consultative and solution selling to our enterprise accounts, via direct, RFI / RFP, and partner-led sales.
• Develop deep account mapping and stakeholder management for each of the prospective organizations.
• Provide key insights on the market, customer, and competition based on your discussions.
• Work with GTM teams to continuously increase StepChange’s market presence and brand awareness.
• Continue to nurture and grow accounts post-deal closure.
What we are looking for:
1. Relevant experience of 6 - 8 years in Enterprise / SaaS/solution selling.
2. Proven experience in managing complex sales cycles.
3. Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to synthesize ambiguous problem statements and develop a clear value proposition.
5. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
