Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within target enterprise accounts. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the unique needs of enterprise clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospect organizations. Negotiate and close complex sales contracts with enterprise clients. Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, customer success managers, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Manage sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing effective solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on SaaS solutions. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close six-figure deals. Excellent understanding of SaaS business models and value propositions. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
