10+ Years of Enterprise Architecture experience.
Ability to work, manage and motivate highly skilled individuals
Delivery and refinement of roadmaps, governance and guardrails
Deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks
Excllect communication and interpersonal skills
Proven Governance experience, the ability to implement and maintain governance policies
TOGAf or equivalent certifications
