Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct cold calls effectively in the USA and MENA regions. You will be responsible for promoting our IT consultancy services and software solutions, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Bitrix24, Kommo, and Pipedrive.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our software solutions.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to effectively position our offerings.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and client requirements.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in IT sales or consultancy, with a focus on software solutions.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, specifically Bitrix24, Kommo, and Pipedrive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Experience in conducting cold calls and generating leads in the USA and MENA regions.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with HR consultancy services is a plus.

• Implement and optimize Hyperion (EPBCS, PBCS) for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop Calc Scripts, Groovy, Maxl, and MDX for financial process automation.
• Manage metadata, dimensions, and hierarchies for real estate financial planning (Workforce, Capex).
• Create Dashboards, Forms, and reports via SmartView and HFR.
• Provide system support and troubleshooting for end-users, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience with EPM tools (Hyperion, EPBCS, PBCS, Groovy, Maxl, MDX).
• Experience with financial planning (Workforce, Capex) and real estate financial processes.
• Proficiency in SmartView, HFR, Calc Scripts, and Rules.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
