Job Summary:
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in the USA market. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work during night shifts to align with US time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our products/services.
• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM software.
• Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and competitors.
• Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar role (preferably in a US market).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work night shifts aligning with US business hours.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
