The Role:
The incumbent will be primarily responsible for creating and nurturing long-term B2B relationships. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them.
To manage a PAN India Business development team with responsibilities including :
• Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services and competition.
• Leading Corporate Sales of MeraDoc products covering 24X7 Family Doctors, wellness and condition management program (and allied aggregated services such as diagnostics, medicine delivery, etc.)
• Building relationships with alliance partners such as insurance companies, brokers, and Payroll management companies for cross-selling MeraDoC products
• Building other alliance relationships with a complementary range of products for corporate employee benefit
• Curating niche products with the Clinical team, Wellness Team, and Partnership team for corporate employees
• Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions to enhance adoption
• Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
• Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
• Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Meeting revenue targets.
