drive advocacy and consideration through Community Marketing and Consumer
Insights. With over 3bn+ people in communities and 75MM+ Creators, online
communities are where people come together to discuss their interests, pain points,
hobbies, etc. and these discussions typically lead to product and brand discovery.
Given brands don’t have access, Convosight has worked with 120+ large consumer
brands in India.
Creating a new channel of Brand Marketing for Enterprises and Creating a sustainable
income model for Community Creators, Convosight is the world’s first Community
Marketing platform with access to 100k+ Communities with over +50MM+ members.

• Role Description:
We are looking to onboard an experienced person with a proven track record of doing
consultative sales to large enterprises. Experience in client partnership from a large
Agency Media background with is highly desirable. You have experience with
identifying opportunities, following a sales process, and are extremely thorough with
key stakeholder management. You should be customer-centric with a high level of
integrity, authenticity, and proactiveness in solving customer problems and delivering
a delightful client experience.
Target Annual Sales Quota: 5-8 Crores
● Accelerate customer acquisition: Identify the Brand’s objectives and pitch
value proposition for using Convosight’s platform.
● End-to-end Client Management: Own sales funnel through outreach,
onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion, and loyalists
● Foster relationships: Invest in building strategic partnerships with key
customers ∙ Work collaboratively across teams: Product, Technology, Growth, and
Marketing Develop sales plan: Envision strategy for business development and
achieving Sales Quota
● Process Compliance: Adherence to all processes related to Sales Funnel
reporting & tracking, Sales forecasting, etc.
● Evangelize the product: Best-in-class collaterals, case studies, and pitch
propositions
● Manage business with reasonable size and scale with a growth mindset
Skills required:
● Excellent communication skills, MBA is a must.
● A high degree of familiarity with digital platforms and digital ecosystem
● Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate Client (Brand’s) marketing
objectives to internal customer success teams.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
