What you’ll do
Assistant Manager Sales Responsibilities:
• Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
• Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
• Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
• Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency. Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
• Excellent lead generation and conversion skill
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work successfully as a part of a team
• High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently
• Ready to travel locally for meeting customers during sales calls.
• Should have compatible mobile device with a required Android/ iOS version

• 20months to 24 months experience will also do, only when their experience has been particularly in BFSI /Banking sector.
