Job Description
We need a closing-focused Enterprise Sales Specialist to drive end-to-end B2B sales in the Banking & FinTech sector. This is not just a demo role – you will own lead qualification, negotiation, and contract closure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Target & convert enterprise clients in BFSI
• Own full sales cycle – from lead to signed contract
• Present ROI & business value of AI voice solutions to CXOs
• Coordinate with product & tech teams
• Achieve monthly closure targets
Requirements:
• 4–7 years in Enterprise/B2B sales (BFSI, SaaS, AI, or Tech)
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals
• Strong understanding of banking/fintech call center workflows
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Immediate joiner preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
