Role & Responsibilities
1. Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks in BFSI and Fintech sector.
2. Executing sales cycle from fresh leads to closure.
3. Pitch, present and represent the products and services of the organization to new leads.
4. Achieving sales targets assigned from time to time, sales revenues, collections, profitability and meet the sales growth targets Pan-India in the BFSI segment .
5. Development of strategic business alliances with key enterprise customers in BFSI industry.
6. Coordinate with Solutioning team to conduct demos and product presentations to clients.
7. Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company 8. Ensure that CRM system is timely updated with all relevant information and 100% adherence to sales process.
+. Should also work hands on in preparing the technical proposals and all other manner of customer communication/documentation.
10. Ensure to have correct in-depth knowledge of all the products and services.
11. Continuously meet and engage with all the Corporates assigned and close orders for various products and services.
12. Responsible for collection within the specified timeframe.
13. Experience in RFP process will be added advantage.
14. Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
15. Provide exceptional and high touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed.
16. Monitor sales metrics and suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
