Function/ Department: Program Management Office
Job Purpose:
The Enterprise Programme Lead will be responsible for leading complex programmes / projects across IDFC FIRST Bank. The role holder will be tasked with leading and managing initiatives to support the Bank’s strategic direction. Towards this end, the role holder has to understand project / programme lifecycle - from initiation till closure.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage Pan-Bank Programs – Responsible for coordinating large complex programs across the Bank.
• Specifically: Manage across Project Life Cycle - from initiation through to closure.
• Understand goals / objectives of undertaking the initiatives.
• Develop milestones / detailed project plan bearing in mind inter-dependencies Track milestones / project. plans.
• Facilitate smooth and timely implementation of tasks across functions.
• Facilitate resolution for any risks, bottlenecks and issues - escalate in a timely manner.
• Provide Project / Programme status to senior management of the Bank.
• Manage and guide Team members (if applicable) - Project Management Framework and concepts / usage of Enterprise Project / Programme Management Tools.
• Undertake research / analytics – as required - industry / player-level analysis (overall / specific dimension) - and assess applicability for Company.
• Support Bank’s / Business Unit’s planning and budgeting process.
• Analyse variances (quantum, root cause), recommend course of action.
• Provide Company-wide / Business Unit updates and develop presentations for variety of stakeholders.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Programme.
