Obrimo Technologies is looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud developer to join our team. As a skilled professional, you will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, automating business processes and ensuring seamless system integration.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Solution Architecture and Development: Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud, Field Service, LWC, and Community Cloud.
Customization and Automation: Create custom Apex classes, triggers, and workflows to automate business processes and enhance Salesforce functionalities.
System Integration and Deployment: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.
Deployment Management: Manage the deployment process using deployment tools like change sets or third-party tools like Copado, ensuring smooth and error-free releases.
Qualifications:
3-8 years of experience in software development.
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Field Service, and their common products/features.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Field service.
Proficiency in lightning best practices and functionality.
Incident and problem management experience.
