Job Description
You’ll be responsible for undertaking roadmap design, as well as reviewing and certifying designs undertaken by other solution architects and engineers, and validating compliance of designs undertaken by contractors
You’ll guide, supervise and peer-review design activities of others, which will span across multiple business units and knowledge domains, including structured/unstructured data, application integration, security and IT networks
You’ll also maintain quality and foster innovation and continuous improvement for all work undertaken, and contribute to the growth of Vector’s enterprise architecture framework.
Who are we looking for?
You’ll hold a relevant qualification (eg IT, computer science, engineering or similar), with a wealth of hands-on experience architecting and building secure, scalable and flexible enterprise data projects in Azure or AWS
You’ll have a track record of aligning data architecture with an organisation’s strategic goals
You’ll have a depth of experience developing enterprise solutions, and implementing and supporting an integrated operational technology environment in an enterprise-level ecosystem
Familiarity with ITIL, TOGAF and other IT frameworks is preferred
A thought-leader, you’ll be a confident self-starter who takes the initiative to provide trusted advice and guidance, with the stakeholder management and communication skills to match.
