About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in enterprise-level web applications to join our dynamic team. You will work on international projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces and digital assets that align with our brand and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design UI components, dashboards, and visual assets for enterprise web applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes in collaboration with UX designers and developers.
• Work on international projects, ensuring cultural and regional design considerations are incorporated.
• Develop graphics, illustrations, icons, and layouts for both digital platforms and presentations.
• Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Effectively communicate design ideas and iterate based on feedback from global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an enterprise SaaS or B2B web application environment.
• Should have designed minimum 5 enterprise web applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in web application design and branding for international clients.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite , Figma , Sketch , or Adobe XD .
• Understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Strong visual storytelling and UI/UX skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with global teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Pune .
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in agile or lean environments.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks or familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
