Key mergers and acquisitions

In April 2021, Pine Labs announced the acquisition of Fave, one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing consumer fintech platforms. The Fave app is now available in India as well.

In February 2026, Pine Labs announced the acquisition of online payments startup Qfix, a cloud-based end-to-end platform delivering online integrated payments and billing services to multiple sectors. More than 5,000 merchants are presently on the Qfix platform including educational institutions, governments, and clubs. Qfix solves for billing and invoices issues and has created robust workflow management solutions for these merchants.

In April 2026, Pine Labs made a significant majority investment into Mosambee, a fast-growing end-to-end payment solution provider in India.

In June 2026, Pine Labs acquired Bengaluru-based Setu, a fast-growing API fintech startup. This is the third acquisition announced by Pine Labs in 2026. Setu’s APIs are used by businesses to reimagine onboarding, payments, deposits, lending, and data empowerment.

In September 2026, Pine Labs announced the completion of the merger of Qwikcilver Solutions, a company acquired by Pine Labs in 2026. With this development, the business of Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited gets consolidated into a single legal entity i.e., Pine Labs Private Limited.

In January 2026, Pine Labs acquired a proprietary enterprise platform from Bengaluru-based Saluto Wellness. This team of 1200 employees is spread across the country as well as the SEA region and UAE. The skills profile of this org varies depending on the customer cohort and the channel.

Position: Enterprise Solution Sales Specialist

Job summary:

Pine Labs is undergoing significant growth and its teams are evolving. The company is transforming to become a software provider that enables payments and digitizes merchant stores. In addition, Pine Labs is increasing the pace of growth by expanding into new geographies, acquisitions, and new products. As the company undergoes this transformation and continues its impressive growth journey, it is seeking to hire a Enterprise Sales Manager to lead business development for Pinelabs overall payments product portfolios in the Enterprise/Corporate market segment of Bhopal/Indore

The candidate must bring significant ambition, drive, and an entrepreneurial bent of mind to the organization that enables business growth. They should be comfortable operating in a high-growth, multi-cultural organization with a rapidly expanding geographical footprint.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to: Zonal Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pursue some of the largest deals in the industry for payment solutions
• Managing enterprise clients who are leaders in their markets
• Role will be responsible for generating leads/ opportunities across sectors
• Owning sales targets overall and within accounts, developing and implementing strategic plan to achieve the same
• To understand customer requirement in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.
• Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.

• Number of integrated solutions sold
• Creation of catalogue
• Integrate Billing & Merchant Applications
• EMI Enablement
• Multi model payment acceptance

Responsibilities
• Create a strategic road map, plan, control and direct activities of sales teams to attain business objectives.
• Planning sales tactics, deal closures and revenue plan for the region
• Winning key accounts from competition and defending existing accounts
• Expert in the Payments industry with domain knowledge of digital payments is a key differentiator for this role.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-making teams of existing and prospective customers. Ensure all customer-oriented processes including Customer feedback is managed well for high Customer engagement.
• Responsible for competition mapping/ tracking market trends and industry benchmarks.
• Drive innovation and deliver business critical assignments
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives.
• New Customer Acquisition, customer relationship management

We are looking for someone with:

· 4 to 12 years plus of Enterprise/Corporate Sales experience.

· Preferred Industries: Fintech/Payments, SaaS, Telecom, IT Services, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services and Startups.

· Strong Academic Pedigree MBA/ PGDM / Graduate Engineer from Tier 1 universities for Management Trainee Profiles.

While Engineering is not a must but would get preference.
