We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our team at TechnipFMC. As a key member of our Corporate Legal Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting entities management and sustainability reporting.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate governance, compliance, and sustainability reporting, with experience managing corporate entities in Europe and Africa. You will be responsible for managing corporate governance and compliance, coordinating and documenting corporate activities, and supporting transactions and legal operations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Paralegal certificate from an accredited paralegal program preferred.
• Minimum 5 years working as a Corporate Paralegal or entities management specialist in-house and/or top-tier law firm experience preferred.
• Experience with entities management, corporate governance, and sustainability reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Must be proficient in written and verbal English language.
• Qualified Company Secretary from Indian Institute of Company Secretaries.
• Experience working with Serengeti Legal Tracker, hCue.
