Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as an Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR). As an EIR, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, creating, and executing new initiatives and projects to drive the growth and success of our organization. You will work closely with the founders, contribute to shaping the overall business strategy, and assist in scaling up the business. If you have a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and a proven track record of developing products and services from scratch, this is an exciting opportunity for you.
Work Responsibilities:
· Entrepreneurial Mindset: Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the table, constantly scouting for new opportunities, creating innovative solutions, and taking ownership to get things done.
· Initiative and Project Management: Lead, plan, and execute new and existing initiatives and projects within the organization. Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
· Collaboration with Founders: Work closely with the founders to scale up the business, providing strategic insights, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
· Business Strategy: Play a key role in shaping the company's overall business strategy. Develop strategic plans, assess company performance, and identify areas for improvement and growth.
· Strategic Initiatives: Assist the founders in developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives. Contribute to the successful implementation of key projects and programs.
Required Skills:
· Creative Problem-Solving: Possess excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative approach to finding solutions.
· Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
· Organization and Multitasking: Be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent follow-up skills are essential.
· Communication: Exhibit impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas and concepts effectively.

· Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institute, preferably IITs, BITS, or IIMs.
· Product Development Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record of developing products and services from scratch, ideally from ideation to successful execution.
