Entrepreneurial Program Manager
We are looking for an entrepreneurial problem solver to join our team and work on exciting unlocks in the 1 to 10 journey of the company.
This role is an opportunity to shape the future of business education by developing a high-impact, skill-focused program that empowers professionals with industry-relevant expertise and real career outcomes.
The new revenue stream will focus on practical skill-building, leading to industry-recognized credentials and tangible employment opportunities.
You will be responsible for managing everything - right from student experience to placement partnerships to mentor management.
Main Responsibilities
• Create and execute a growth strategy for the Digital Marketing Bootcamp.
• Develop partnerships with hiring organizations to create strong placement and internship opportunities.
• Track key success metrics, iterate rapidly, and ensure high learner satisfaction and career impact.
Requirements
• Graduate or Postgraduate with 2-4 years of experience.
• Experience in working with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience of high ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and customer empathy.
• Intellectual integrity, a desire to learn, a drive for excellence, and the ability to collaborate.
