Title: Entrepreneurial AI Operator / VA (Work Directly With Founder)
Who this is for:
You’re not looking for a “job.” You want to learn how businesses actually work.
You’re hungry, proactive, and figure things out without being told.
What you’ll do:
Run experiments using AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
Do market research and validate business ideas
Coordinate freelancers and get work done fast
Execute across multiple projects (web, marketing, operations)
Think in outcomes, not tasks
Requirements (Non-negotiable):
Excellent English
Highly proactive (you don’t wait for instructions)
Comfortable using AI tools daily
Fast learner, resourceful
Can work independently without constant supervision
Bonus:
Basic tech understanding (no-code, websites, automations)
Interest in startups / making money online
Compensation:
Base + Performance bonuses + fast raises
Opportunity to grow into a full operator role
