Personal & Administrative Assistant

Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $13.00 – $15.00/hour
Type: Entry-Level, Part-Time
Travel: 40% Business Travel Required (all travel expenses covered by the company)
Reports to: Yasmeen Tadia, CEO of Make Your Life Sweeter®

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Assisting with day-to-day business operations in both the office and production areas
Helping with production tasks like preparing packaging, labeling, and organizing event materials
Supporting event prep and setup by following checklists and making sure details are ready
Keeping schedules, emails, and files organized
Booking and managing travel for both business and personal trips (all expenses paid by the company)
Running errands, organizing, and helping with personal tasks for the CEO
Tracking projects and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
Handling personal and business matters with professionalism and confidentiality

What is your availability for work each week? Our corporate office is typically open Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. However, this role requires flexibility, including some evenings and weekends for events and travel.
Our corporate office is in Dallas, TX (75238) and also requires commuting to events throughout the DFW area. Do you have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to commute to both the office and events?
