We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and curious Entry-Level Data Analyst to help us better understand our learners, our content, and our performance as we scale. What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various internal sources (e.g., website traffic, course engagement, sales activity)
Create Excel-based dashboards and reports for marketing, content, and sales teams
Work with the CRM and learning platform data to identify key trends and support business strategies
Support A/B testing analysis, marketing campaign performance, and learner behavior metrics
Help maintain internal data accuracy and streamline reporting processes
Collaborate with multiple departments (marketing, product, operations) on ongoing research and improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or a related field
Solid knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas)
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a love of clean, well-organized data
Curious mindset—asks questions, finds patterns, enjoys solving problems
Job Types: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $17.20-$1+.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
