Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced event planners to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings
Assist in the planning and coordination of various events, including corporate meetings and social gatherings
Support event logistics, including venue setup, catering arrangements, and audiovisual needs
Communicate and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
Maintain and update event schedules and timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on time
Assist in the creation of event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage
Onsite event support, including registration, attendee assistance, and trouble-shooting
