What You’ll Do:
Talk with people who already asked for help—no cold calling
Walk them through their options and help them take the next step
Close deals that actually change lives
Follow a sales process that works (we’ll teach you everything)
Work alongside a supportive, upbeat team that wants to see you win
What You’ll Get:
$18/hour paid training during your ramp-up period
Uncapped commissions (15%) plus daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses
Inbound-only leads—no cold outreach
Fun office culture: Music, snacks, Friday lunches, game room, and more
Gym membership
Open-door leadership and hands-on support (no micromanagement here)
Monday–Friday schedule (just 1 Saturday per month)

Have a great phone voice and love talking to people
Are coachable, confident, and ready to learn
Are hungry to improve, stay consistent, and grow
Can reliably commute to our Irvine, CA office

Experience in retail, call centers, gym sales, car sales, or customer service
Interest in real estate, mortgages, legal services, or debt relief
