About The Role
This is a permanent full-time customer service call centre opportunity, reporting to the Inbound Team Leader. You will be responsible for providing exceptional first point of contact, customer service to ensure the clients partner providers are at the forefront of every decision.
Handling inbound calls across taking payments, policy options and enqueries and general queries, general claim related queries
Ensure members needs are understood and handled
Work towards KPIs and service targets and ensure adherance to compliance
Your Skills & Experience
Previous customer service experience from retail, hospitality, banking etc (call centre experience desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure
Ability to work well within a team
Passion for serving customers
