What you’ll do:
Speak with prospective clients over the phone in a professional, consultative manner
Follow a proven sales process while developing your own sales style
Manage call activity, follow-ups and notes in a CRM
Work closely with senior leaders and senior salespeople who provide ongoing support + coaching
Learn to manage objections, negotiate and close conversations effectively
What we’re looking for:
Competitive mindset with a genuine drive to perform and improve
Strong communication skills
A willingness to learn and develop professionally
A proactive and self-motivated approach
Problem solving mindset and great attention to detail
