As an Entry-Level Sales Consultant at Leaf Home, you'll leverage your knack for communication to educate homeowners about the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. Our training will equip you to identify and address potential homeowner challenges effectively.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Drive sales by going door to door within your assigned territory, engaging potential customers about Leaf Home products (local travel required).
• Adopt a consultative sales approach to inform consumers about Leaf Home, gathering information for the sales team to schedule in-person demonstrations.
• Report daily outcomes to the field management team and foster a collaborative relationship with fellow sales representatives.
• Ensure high-quality representation of Leaf Home, providing a professional and exceptional experience for potential customers.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a drive to exceed goals.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Professional demeanor and attire.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
Physical Demands:
• Ability to work outdoors daily and withstand exposure to varying weather conditions. Extended periods of walking or standing may be required.
• Field office or construction environment with occasional sedentary work, lifting up to 10 pounds as needed.
