American Income Life is growing and is currently seeking candidates to fill positions as a remote full-time Licensed Sales Producer. This position entails sales and service to new and existing customers and prospects. Candidates must have a strong sales acumen, be organized, reliable and display strong problem-solving skills in handling day-to-day activities.
Flexible, remote, work from home opportunity available, does require minimum technology requirements to be met to successfully complete and perform the required work.
Job Responsibilities
Meet your business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Calling, texting, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.
Job Requirements
A Life & Health producer license in good standing is required. We can help you obtain and train if you do not have one.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Professional phone etiquette.
Career minded vision.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must have a quiet location free from disturbance and noise from which to perform your job.
