We are a rapidly growing event marketing firm currently seeking to hire and train 3-5 Event Assistants to support the management of new clients and events rolling out this year. This entry-level position offers fully paid training and the opportunity for rapid growth into an executive management role upon completion of the training program. Position Overview:
As an Event Assistant, you will play an essential role in the day-to-day coordination of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and providing excellent customer service to attendees. You will assist with the execution of events for our clients, ensuring their brand is represented professionally and that attendees have a positive experience. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of client events
• Provide superior customer service and represent client brands with professionalism
• Help oversee event logistics to ensure everything runs according to plan
• Work closely with the event management team to support client needs
• Ensure client and customer satisfaction throughout the event process
• Assist in post-event analysis and reporting
• Contribute to the overall success of events by delivering outstanding results
Requirements:
• Confidence in your ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional appearance and exceptional work ethic

• Must own a cell phone and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background screening
